Reviews and Ratings
Although the junior suite was overpriced and lacked facilities compared to other hotels in Milan and Florence, the staff quickly switched us to a double room when they found out we were a couple. The location is excellent, close to all tourist spots, and near lovely restaurants and bars. The service was knowledgeable and helpful but fell short when recommending frozen food. The dining experience offered a lovely continental breakfast with a wide variety of fresh foods. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs but provides a convenient base for exploring Rome.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, making them a great place for my kids to cool down after exploring Rome under the scorching sun. The location was superb, with nearby Italian restaurants and all major attractions just a short walk away. The service was excellent, especially the recommendations from the friendly staff. However, there were some hiccups with room allocation, and the dining options could get repetitive.
The junior suite was a bit smaller than expected with little natural light and no computer corner. Compared to other hotels in Milan and Florence, it felt overpriced. The shower cubicle in the room was not ideal for privacy.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The free WiFi was a great bonus, and the complimentary cell phone for city navigation and international calls was handy, although the room was a bit small. Overall, the hotel matched the pictures and felt spacious, located in a separate building from the reception.
The hotel's location near the old city center is convenient for exploring Rome's major attractions on foot. The rooms were initially not perfectly clean but improved over the stay, with a minor disruption from outside noise on the first night. The service, highlighted by Duccio, was accommodating and pleasant, ensuring a friendly experience throughout. The dining experience offered a variety of breakfast options with a cellar room ambiance, while the facilities met expectations.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very tidy and modern, equipped with a mobile phone providing internet data. The modern amenities, extremely comfortable beds, gorgeous bathroom, AMAZING customer service, and stellar location made my experience unforgettable.
The hotel offered a really great breakfast with eggs, pastries, meats, fruits, yogurts, and more. The rooms were very clean, though a bit on the small side compared to other places we stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but I felt the price was not entirely justified.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, suited well for our family. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring central Rome, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. However, the dining experience could have been better. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service in a great location.
